Stage 284 Social Media Coordinator

5-10 hours a week

-Must have a strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, editorial skills (Bonus: Punny)
-Must be creative and innovative to help catch reader attention
-Must be familiar with the vast majority of social media platforms
-Must update every platform 3-5 times a week
-Must meet with Marketing Manager and Managing Director to propose and brainstorm content
-Must be quick to respond to social media during and outside of office hours

All Interns

-Age 15 or older
-Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written).
-Must possess strong personal boundaries and ability to set limits.
-Must be self- motivated and have the ability to follow specific instructions.
-Must interact professionally with other staff members and program participants of all ages.
-Attends any and all meetings and trainings provided by Stage 284 and The Community House including, but not limited to: first aid, fire safety and prevention, food handling, and responding to
adolescent behavior.
-Reports to Managing Director of Stage 284 and Executive Director.
-Arrive early or on time for all shifts.
-Notifies the Managing Director of conflicts well in advanced.
-Must adhere to procedures for confirming or canceling shifts.
-Must be willing to grow in your position: take constructive criticism and use it as a learning tool.
-Ability to have a flexible schedule (hours and days of the week may vary depending on special programs or events)
-Must be comfortable working with children of all ages: abide by and enforce all rules in relation to the program and act as a role model for the young guests that attend our programs by being
both professional and approachable.
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
-Must have a good understanding of and be able to use: Word, Excel, Google Drive, and email.
-Must pay strong attention to detail and quality.
